New WoW private server 3.3.5a Looking For gm...?

Anyone out there who is interested in Becomin a gm For my private server. leave a small detai; of what you can do...


Also looking for someone who may not be a gm but will make a video the server and inform people of what its going to be like.. if someone dose do this i will have you a custom wep made out of any you like... however only one.. even if its a set....





Also gms will get gm gear (which is optional) will make you practicly invincible... however it only upgrades armor and dodge... im also currently working a gm base vault.. (technicaly guild bank) and new items...


for anyone whos interested in playing the server is basicly normal wow but free... and i will add a few more quests and items...


Also working on allowing characters up to level 100 ( too keep you working =P) but with 2 times exp available...


also so that the players know i believe in a fair comunity and all gm's will be encoraged to level without level commands.. (GM's you do get a head start though since you can join before server goes online)


also i need people who are good with Communication skills to work with new players and Tickets (MUST HAVE PATIENTS)


and i need programers to help make new areas...


im making a level 80-100 zone in a spot thats not technicly out in 3.3.5a but is still there..


List of what i need summed up


2 vice admin ...( will need to make a whole page of your streangths and computer skills)


2 Moderators (to watch gm's to make sure they do right and not abuse there privlage)


5 GM level 4's (ranks will be determined by your experience and observation's)


5 GM lvl 3's


5 GM lvl 2's


5-10 normal GM's ( to monitor the players)


1-2 video makers for helping promote my server (will be rewarded with custome items and a free level 19 character.. for pvp or to level if you want

4's will be the lead team in helping set up the 80-100 area... / event area and setting up borders (walls to keep players out of places untill we want them there)


3's will assist in ideas and will be more of a PvP area setting's they will also monitor chat when not working (plus rank 1-2's jobs)


2's will answer tickets and monitor chat... also they will help people with problems they may have... ( i will also leave rank 2's with coming up with rules for chat.. (officer chat is offline for norm players) and to enforce with appropriate punishments.(ex. for cussing non stop.. temporary mute, Horrasment- like sitting and standing on people = paralyze temporarly, and my all time favorit, if someone is taunting and think they are above the rules flag them for pvp, posses them and make them run into an enemy city. lol jkjk. would actualy be a temporary suspension ... say 4-6 hours depending on how they act..


1's will be chat monitoring and basic gm things..


vidy's will make the video and will be required to show many diff level video's that preview wepons and and GM events (PVP Event , gm ( STORM THE CITY... the gm will attempt to walk ... not run, as in / thingy through org or storwind from the farthest entrence to the org or stormwinds king (IN a raid so that th they get achieve)


SOME GM PERKS


GM custome wep has been tested to do over 300mil dmg when i was level 1...


GM pvp event... A gm can host a pvp event where he will face off against any amount of players in the arena (will be forced to use gm gear and and custome wep only) %26lt;if someone takes you down in arena you will be in charge of rewards they can get%26gt; maximum of one custome wep / armor per event


GM gear %26lt;as i said a custome wep, but you will recieve an actual GM issued Gamemaster's Robe, and Gamemaster's Hood, with enough stats that allowed me to illidan storage withouthout takeing more than 100 dmg... of course i took like 1 hour to hit him(1 hit though)


GM runs ... curtasy of you.. Most servers dont like it ... but i encourage... GM's may run players in dungeons and raids.. however if you do you need a full party for dungeons, And a full raid for raids (1 gm per pt)

An|||Hello, Shaun, I would gladly like to help you out in your server, and if you read this I can tell you that, yes, I have had experience as a GM before, and I can do a whole lot of different events, for example stair events, pvp events, and you can take care of the prizes the players should get. I can also take care of cases where players spam on channels. I also have WoW patched up to 3.3.5a so I can help you. I also have a lot of time on my hands. I am very friendly and if the server is in need of players, you can leave it to me, I can take care of that issue. :)

I would like to help you on your server but i have never been a GM before, appart from on a all GM server, I ownly know some basic commands, eg .kill .revive .npc follow .Modify speed / hp / mana / gold .lookup ... but im a fast learner, i am a friendly person and I like too help people to the best of my ability, i like games to be fair and would not abuse my power, i am a regular player when not at school.
