Paul Bearer|||What? You can't run a company on that? Thats impossible. The reasons I say that is base on everyones' list of wrestlers, no one gonna pick a jobber. If I really had to make a list, it would have to be with 6 main eventers, and 8 mid-carders, but I would have no rooms for jobbers. Despite what people say, jobbers play an important role. One, they are meant to make a wrestler look good, and two, they aren't complicated to work with because they are willing to lose. And Three, if you want to make a huge star, Jobbers are a good place to start. And if you just jam pack your entire roster with maineventers, how will you able to choose who will always be on the losing end. So at most, for the entire roster of my own promotion, I will need about 40 wrestlers (both male and female wrestlers) There should always be a proportion system when you assign roles. A quarter to be maineventers, half to fill in gaps, or mid-carders/tag team, and a quarter for guy that can job, but have potential and can get along with the fans. So to be honest, if I did get 1/3 of the company and this was all I can get, I'd quit as its simply unfair. I can't run a good wrestling promotion on just 14 male talents. The storylines would get redundant quickly and by the end of the month, I'd used up all the combination of wrestler I can use.





The only solution is to hired just the mid-carders, but chances are, if I do that, I won't be able to draw enough attention for it. So sorry, if I was given this situation, I would know its a bad deal and hard to work. (If you hire just main eventers, expect drama backstage). If you hire just mid-carders and jobbers, no one would really care. If I could make more demands, I tell Vince to let me have these guys on my permanent roster, but he would have to let me use some other talents from his other brands.





The 14 male wrestler I would like to have on my permanent roster are:


Chris Jericho, Rey Mysterio, CM Punk as the maineventer/ mid carders.


Christian, Swagger, Brian Danielson, The Miz, John Morrison, Drew McIntrye, Kofi Kingston, and Dolph Ziggler, as Mid-carders with potential as main eventers.


And Big Show and ............I'll say Golddust as guys that can work in any situations.





The reason I chose these guys are they have potential and seem easy to work with.





As for female, I would want to showcase independence and pure talent. So Melina, Gail Kim. LayCool, Maryse, Natalya, Naomi, and.....Vickie Guerrero. Yes. You heard me. Her. Why? Because she plays a good heel.





Commentator. Do I really have to choose from THE roster. I mean, I only really like Jerry Lawler and I wish JR was back. If I had a chose outside of it, I say being back Mick Foley and JBL. That would be interesting.





As for the announcer, If only Lilian Garcia was still working, but Justin Roberts would be just fine.





Championships, probably a mid-carder title, a tag title, and a women title. I say my roster lacks main eventers but they would do will in these divisions. Did I mention it would be impossible to work with just 14 male wrestlers?





The 3 channels would be NBC........no, actually. That would just be it. My show would still be PG, so yes, clean, and NBC is a channel a lot of people have and would watch. NBC is a national broadcast and WWE has worked with them in the past, so why not just capitalize on that.





I've never been good with names, but........... Main Event. I like that, even though my roster lacks a lot of maineventers, but with a name like that, I think Vince would lend some of his talents for the show.





Madison Square Garden. Tampa, Florida. Some big city in California, not sure yet. Atlanta, Georgia. Austin, Texas. And if it was allowed, an area in Canada. Thats where some real rowdy fans are. I don't where else in the US to choose. Chicago? Just to cover all the regions.





You mean trainers? I say Finley and William Regal. They can also act as manager, and as for valets, the women division can cover that.





But yeah, reality, I wouldn't work under these condition. Its a bad move. Simply because the choices are limited and is hard to have a proportional roster with only 14 males and 8 female wrestlers. That would mean if I ran out of storylines for the males, they would have to start wrestling with the females. lol. Oh, forget Beth Phoenix. She should be somewhere in there. But yeah. even if you had the greatest management skills ever, it will fail after a couple of months. And Damn it, I need to hire writers.|||That sucks you said no FCW, because I would have had used Brett DiBiase, Tyler Black, Joe A'noi, and Consequences Creed
