Ok, well, my fiance, Patrick, for the last three nights, was in another state for a business trip (He works at a concert arena, and the corperation headquarters are in a different state), and I have a hard time falling asleep without him next to me. Every night, I fall asleep with my head on his chest or his shoulder, and his arm around me, so when he's not there, I have a hard time sleeping. So last night, he came home early, because they cancelled the last meeting and he caught an earlier flight, and got home around 1:30 AM. I was already in bed, asleep, after laying there for a long time. It was cold and rainy, and I didn't have him to keep me nice and warm like usual. :( But when he got home, he came into the bedroom, layed down next to me (I was still asleep,) and pulled me close to him, and wrapped his arms around me. I woke up then, and realized that I was nice and warm, and I looked up, and I saw him, and I went to freak out, but he went, "Shh," and kissed me gently. I was asleep again in his arms within 5 minutes. I could not have been any happier. %26lt;3 My question is though, what is it that makes those little things that he does so special?|||Its nice that you two are getting married. I am assuming that you have know each other for a while... Feelings like this usually only last in the beginning of the relationship and if you still feel this way about each other it means you really have something.
From my experience, these feelings don't last forever, and it is not bad a thing. Relationships grow, and he will become special to you in other ways.
what makes these little things special now, is that it is a moment that you can have with each other, and as you grow things like this serve to remind you how much you love a person, how much you need them, in that sense that is beyond basic needs of just living, but is a part of those human needs for love.|||you love him?
